Michael Heacock + Associates

U.S. and International LEED® Consultants

Green Building + LEED Consulting Services
Integrated Design. High Performance. Conservation. Education. Resources.

At MH+A, our goal is to economically integrate high performance with beautiful design. We assist and advise owners, developers, architects and design teams in an integrated process ideally starting in schematic design. Contractors and engineers need to be brought on board prior to design development to reduce construction costs. Our unique design background compliments talented design teams. Our approach begins with a review of the program and conceptual plans. Frequently clients hire us for design charrettes, which result a "Design Guide" or "Vision Statement," while satisfying LEED requirements. LEED is not the right fit for every project. We help clients navigate factual data and confusing rumors regarding LEED requirements, costs and benefits.
